Day 7 - RESULTS!

Yep, I'm a week in.

All in all, finding motivation has been a bit difficult.

I've been able to do it, and I'm going to keep doing it. I'm feeling a lot better after I work out, and while it does kick my butt, I know that it's a necessary evil. Maybe it's not evil at all. I don't know.

Anyways... results...

I'm down 2.2 lbs. It's a nice start, and I can tell I'm starting to lose weight.

I think that's going to be a good motivator. Right?

Days 3 - 6

Well, another few days in the bucket and another update.

I'm starting to get back into the swing of things. I'm not going to take a rest day tomorrow - I'll just do the X-Stretch routine.

I wish it were warmer, I'd love to walk in the afternoons.

So, a few notes:

I need to be better about doing the Abripper on my Resistance days.

I'm not a fan of yoga, but I'm not going to give up on it.

I remembered this morning why I love Kenpo X.

And I got an awesome reminder from my fiancee about why I'm doing this. I just hope I never forget it.

I'll post another update tomorrow, hopefully with some positive (or would it still be negative) scale results.
