Yep, I'm a week in.
All in all, finding motivation has been a bit difficult.
I've been able to do it, and I'm going to keep doing it. I'm feeling a lot better after I work out, and while it does kick my butt, I know that it's a necessary evil. Maybe it's not evil at all. I don't know.
Anyways... results...
I'm down 2.2 lbs. It's a nice start, and I can tell I'm starting to lose weight.
I think that's going to be a good motivator. Right?
