Days 8 - 10

It's been a better couple of days. I'm starting to enjoy working out again (I kinda figured I would eventually, just happy it happened this soon).

I've been using myfitnesspal (mjvasko1) to make sure I stay as good as possible - sure I want X but do I really want to log in and post X? That's a lot of work... lol... it's not, but it's a good mind set.

I won't deny that I've been supplementing with a green tea extract that's been helping me control my appetite, too. I'll wean myself off of it eventually, but it really helps right now with the excessive "go find something sweet" cravings.

I also had a mix-up and did yesterday's work out today and today's yesterday. Oops.

We also took the boys to the park, and were outside for about an hour. That was nice, and my back didn't hurt at all. Sure helped that I got to reconnect with a good friend of mine, too.

So, here we go, and it looks like things will only get better from here.
