Day 14, MORE RESULTS!!!

Caps and EXCLAMATION POINTS for emphasis!

I'm rockin it.

Down another 3.6 pounds this week! That brings my total loss to 5.8!

Maybe next week, I can drop 5 ;) Just kidding. Slow and steady wins the race. It's a marathon, not a sprint. (Other motivational saying here).

I'm getting psyched for week 3, then the rest week.

P90X lean is doing for me again what it did the last time. Getting my weight down and helping me get ready for full blown P90X.
