Days 11 - 13

What a nice couple of days.

Monday started out with Yoga - again I didn't get far. I might need to change the workout I'm doing. I lasted all of 12 minutes :\

However, I did get the burn in mowing my lawn! What a nice feeling to be outside, in the warm sun, my back aching like crazy (ok, that's not so nice, but hopefully that goes away quickly).

More Legs and Back on Tuesday. I like that routine, even if I'm not able to keep up all the time. Soon, though, I'll be going through all of these workouts to their full length.

Kenpo, though, is my favorite. And that's what I did today. I love kicking butt in that one. And I'm all sweaty after, but I feel great. Probably don't smell it, lol.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to more positive results tomorrow! I'll post again then.
